Bay View in Rushcutters Bay

Very Clean and exactly what you see in the photos. Good Location for walking down to Rushcutters Bay or up to Kings Cross. This is a very compact but well set-up property and I would stay again - don't know if it would be that comfortable for 2 more people staying though.

Had a problem with the fridge - had not been defrosted in a long time so ice box was completely blocked up and constantly dripping on food I put in fridge. In the end I defrosted it myself and got the ice out. Would recommend the host puts in some additional heating - I did arrive on Sydney's coldest day in 25 years - but the little fan heater was not up to it. Also additional blankets should be available.

.despite spending 1 week in the apt and informing owner of malfunctioning fridge when we returner for second stay of several weeks the fridge was still malfunctioning. We thought the charge of 4.5% for payment with credit/debit card was excessive especially when paying around AU$ 5,000 bill as there is no possibility to make a cash payment online.

Location

The property whilst neat was not clean. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. Throw Pillows on bed had stains and quilt was yellow stained. The water glasses had a milky residue, so required cleaning before use. The building had scheduled maintenance during our stay, which meant we were without running water for 2 hours. That was inconvenient!
