Perfect location, we have everything we needed here. 10 min walk to the train station, 5 min walk to a neighborhood gym, 5 min to the closest cafe, 7 eleven, and small food shops.

No utensils for food

The price is cheap and not too far from Sena Nikhom and Kasetsart University BTS station, there are some food choices in the neighborhood, for me it's nearer Save one go night market ,very nice, there is fan,plastic washbasin in the room , convenient for me wash clothes every day by hands, the neighborhood is quiet

Without TV set, the building is kind of old and no place store your luggage if you have to store your luggage after checkout, also Without lobby you can take rest ,my room is beside the elevator, so always hear the noises by the elevator working whole day, someone shuts the door super strong and lousy seems very angry, makes the wall shaking ,it's very annoying, the quilt is smelly, like they don't change the sheet and don't wash it , I even saw some strange dots on the sheet
