voordeur kon alleen van binnenuit open krijgen, Wc-bril zat los. lamp in de kamer vel fout licht (niet gezellig) alle keukendeurtjes hangen scheef.

You have your own small house on top of Malmedy in a very quiet and pleasant area. The house is old but functional and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. The terrace was very nice to enjoy in the evening. We went there in August and the house can get warm in the evening, but there are plenty of windows to open. The 3 bedrooms are rather large and provide enough room, especially when travelling with a group. We went there with a group of friends for mountainbiking and for that purpose it was a pleasant stay. You have a big supermarket nearby that you can reach by car in 8 minutes and it is nice that you can park your car nearby the house.

I didn't like the communication with the host. Booking requests through Booking.com were unanswered, when trying to call the host she did not answer nor called me back and only provided check-in instructions a few hours before we arrived on Whatsapp. You have to bring all the towels and bed sheets yourself or pay quite a high price to rent/buy from the owner, so you don't really get the vacation feeling that they aim for and you only receive this information quite late. I think there are better alternatives providing more for the same value. The shower was very small, had almost no pressure and no space for your shampoo and the bathroom not enough space to hang towels for 6 beds.

Het inchecken ging heel makkelijk, we kregen een duidelijke brochure met alle informatie. Het park is mooi aangelegd en ontzettend rustig op een perfecte locatie. We hebben heerlijk geslapen, het is er doodstil en de kamer kan goed donker gemaakt worden. De houtkachel was heel knus en maakte de ruimte lekker warm!

Ik vond het een beetje jammer dat er alleen niet dimbare spotjes aan het plafond hingen, en er geen schemerlampen waren om de ruimte sfeervoller te verlichten ‘s avonds. Het was of heel licht, of heel donker.

De natuur, de wandelmogelijkheden

Het huisje was vuil, er lagen zakdoekjes en papiertjes onder de bedden. Veel stof en het huisje had zijn beste tijd gehad. De gordijnen hangen op met één schroef en valt meteen naar beneden. We kregen ons geld terug voor de schoonmaak, 2weken later wordt ik genegeerd en ik heb nog steeds geen geld gezien.
