The house was perfect for what we needed and the pool added so much to the whole family when it comes to bonding. Laundry room was kind of an inconvenience, especially in the heat. Location was compromisable
No garage to park car, the knowledge of someone always watching was annoying. The back patio camera is angled just right to see in the kitchen and off the mirrors in dining area. You know someone is watching because the responses and phone calls with in short times of situations. $50 a minute if you don’t check out on time
