Appartement agréable et décoré avec goûts, donnant sur la route du front de mer.

Appartement dans une jolie maison en front de mer, décoré avec goût, et très bien équipé. Panier de petites gourmandises à l'accueil.

Difficultés pour se garer, car en plein été les places en face de l'appartement sont prises d'assaut. Il serait bien de mettre un rideau ou un filtre sur la fenêtre de la salle de bain. Le train passe devant l'appartement, les fenêtres sont bien insonorisées, mais s'il fait chaud...

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht

Die Ferienwohnung war hübsch renoviert, großzügig geschnitten, sauber und mit Meerblick. Zugang mit Schlüsselsafe und elektronischem Haustürschloss problemlos. Optisch zweifelsfrei ein nah am Strand gelegener Hingucker

Für diese Preisklasse war die Ausstattung teilweise etwas schlicht: Wie soll man mit einer Pfanne , einem großen und einem kleinen Topf für eine Familie kochen? Stauraum für Lebensmittel gibt es in der Küche nicht. Eine Wohnung für bis zu sechs Personen braucht auch Sitzgelegenheiten für mehr als drei Personen im Wohnzimmer. Auf das Sofa, bei dem auch noch ständig die Sitzpolster rausrutschen, können sich mit Mühe und Not drei Leute quetschen, der Rest müsste dann auf den Küchenstühlen drum herum sitzen. Die Qualität des Schlafsofas im Wohnzimmer ist unzureichend, es fällt als Sitzgelegenheit ständig auseinander und unten quellen irgendwelche halb abgerissenen Bänder heraus. Vor dem Haus verläuft die Hauptverkehrsstraße, was für einen enormen Lärmpegel durch Auto, LKW- und Busverkehr durchschnittlich von 7:00 bis 23:00 sorgt. Nicht gerade gemütlich im Urlaub. Mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist kaum möglich, was im Sommer ziemlich unangenehm ist. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, man hört alle Nachbarn und das Geklapper der Türen. Houlgate ist an sich ein schöner Ort, die Strandpromenade, an der die Wohnung liegt, ist allerdings leider eine total trostlose Hauptverkehrsstraße ohne jeden Charme. Bis zum schöneren Teil des Ortes muss man einen guten halben Kilometer laufen. Insgesamt eine Enttäuschung trotz der an sich hübschen Wohnung.

Appartement rénové avec beaucoup de goût et de confort. Belle vue sur la mer.

Au pied de l’immeuble, une route très passante avec un ballet continu de voitures et de camions. Un train passe de temps en temps. Bref, il est impossible de garder la fenêtre ouverte dans la journée.
