Cold Spring Plymouth Resort

The location is great..lots of things to do nearby. The packet inside the room was informative and easy to read. The premises had many things to do like both an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, game room, etc. The employees were friendly. The room I had was exactly what we needed with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, a big bathroom. The place was very clean.

It is somewhat dated and I could smell smoke despite being nonsmoking. The beds were uncomfortable but tolerable.

We liked how the property is secluded and set in a woodsy area, but still not too far from Laconia, Merideth, Gilford, Holderness, etc. The pools were great but the outdoor pool didn't feel too warm; it wasn't a deal breaker by any means! There are many lounge chairs outside and it's spacious. We were accidentally put on the second floor, but had requested first floor. The staff were accommodating and very friendly and we were switched to a first floor apartment. (In fact, all the staff that we interacted with, very super nice)! The apartment itself was spacious for 2. We had a 2 bedroom with a mini washer and dryer that came in very handy. The queen bed felt a little aged and the room size could have accommodated a king size bed. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to stay in and cook. There are grills outside, tennis courts, and a playground for the kids. In the main building, they have a gym, pool table, ping pong, and board games. The facility also hosts daily activities and crafts that you can sign up for and the cost is minimal. The TV in the living room acted up a few times, meaning the picture went in and out , so it may be satellite TV? Again, not a deal breaker, it didn't do this daily, but on and off throughout the week we were there. We did see a cable truck out front so they were aware of the problem. I would highly recommend staying at this facility and we will be back!

Thr apartment is quite big. Have a living room and 2 bedrooms kitchen eating corner and balcony. Thr area is very quite have a small swimming pool. Didn’t use it. The indoor pool was under renovation unfortunately

Official Check in and out hours are becoming outraged over the years. Check in only after 16and out at 10am! And sending you multiple text messages and mails to remind to get out of their way by 10. Didn’t like it at all. There is not much in the apartment itself - not even shampoo or bath soap. Nothing in the fridge. Not even a bottle of water. The registration is quite fast but then they send you to explore the hotel in order to find your room. The bed make noises with every tiny movement and wasn’t very comfortable too.
