A lokáció jó, az apartman tágas, újonnan berendezett, a fürdőszoba kivételével jól felszerelt.
A fürdőszobában a zuhany és a mosdókagyló is javításra szorul, ilyen állapotban nem illett volna átadni a következő vendégnek. A szomszédos apartman(ok)ból tisztán kivehetően áthallatszik a fürdőszoba-használat moraja.

Es precioso, muy luminoso. Varios comercios de alimentación cerca.
La cama de la habitación está hundida, se escuchan ruidos como las tuberías del vecino y cuando cierran las puertas y hablan en las zonas comunes, no había ni una botella de agua ni un café por cortesía . El único apartamento cerca vale 19€ el día o 12€ la hora, tremendo.
