O conforto da cama e facilidade de acesso.
O chuveiro era fraco, o ar condicionado não dava vazão suficiente no calor e não havia TV na parte superior.

El check in fue muy fácil gracias a las rapidas respuestas del anfitrión. El lugar estaba muy limpio y era muy silencioso, perfecto para descansar. La cama muy comoda y con muy buenas almohadas. Cuenta con lavadora secadora lo cual se agradece mucho cuando se anda de viaje. Queda a 18 minutos caminando desde la estacion de trenes.

It's a very cozy and nice place with everything that you need. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. We had a small issue with the shower, but they were able to fix it on Christmas Eve.
The location is good, but I thought it would be closer to the busier, more central areas. While you can easily walk to many markets and restaurants, the area itself is more residential one with not much to see or enjoy.

Zona tranquila, bien comunicado, con supermercados y farmacias cerca. El tranvía queda a 5 minutos caminando y conecta en 2 únicas paradas con la estación de trenes Santa María Novella.
Falta mantenimiento, sobre todo en el baño. Los grifos se caen/están sueltos, el suelo que es precioso está descuidado. No hay atención a detalles y falta limpieza. Reservamos por comentarios positivos, no obstante, a día de hoy, no es valorable en relación calidad-precio.
