Verhetetlen ár-érték arány, a szállásadó kedves és segítőkész volt. Az elhelyezkedéssel nem volt probléma, Nice és a Cote d'Azur könnyen megközelíthető volt. Az ingyenes parkolás nagyobb autóval sem probléma! Jó felszereltség, 6-an sem volt probléma az alvással.

A 300 eurós kaucióról utazás előtt 1 nappal értesültünk - de hiánytalanul visszakaptuk. Aki idejön, készüljön fel rá, hogy ez plusz költség. Az első nap a zuhanyzóban nem volt melegvíz, de amint értesítettük a szállásadót, intézkedett. A felső hálószobában meleg volt, az ideiglenes mobilklíma pedig nagyon hangos. A tisztaság átlagos volt.
