Mattresses were very comfortable (a nice change from the places we had gone the past few years), and rooms were decently soundproof (decently being an high compliment from me, who has an extremely low sound tolerance). The location is pretty, and gives a nice feeling of being in the middle of nowhere...but you're not *actually* in the middle of nowhere, as there are all sorts of restaurants, coffee shops, and other businesses nearby to visit!
Parking is more than adequate; we brought 3 sedan sized cars, and there was more than enough room for them. If they had been large pickup trucks I don't think there would be an issue.
The host, Erica, was very responsive when there was an issue logging into the wifi. She had us up and running with it in no time!
The signs with requests to not flush toilet paper was...unexpected. I understand the request was necessary, but I would suggest providing larger, covered trashcans in the bathroom if it continues to be necessary. People kind of get an "ick" feeling about doing this in this culture, and I feel like I would have been less grossed out by it if I'd been able to put it in a covered trash can (and I'm not easily grossed out at all...I work in a hospital!). Another suggestion from my own experience traveling: provide a way to get toilet paper out if it is accidentally dropped in--a nail on a stick work in a place I once stayed in Latin America.
Also toilet paper related...make sure there is a bit more supplied!

Great stay. Owner was super nice and went above and beyond. If you are looking to stay in the area and property is available you are missing out if you book somewhere else.
