Appartement conforme à la description et très propre.
La place de parking est un vrai plus.
Bien placé et proche des commerces /centre ville
Malheureusement l'appartement sentait la cigarette à notre arrivée malgré qu'il soit non fumeur.
Avons passé une bonne journée à aérer le salon.

Pas grand chose
Appartement non isolé , vétuste malgré une volonté de décoration moderne , cache misère en peinture carrelage etc
Lavabo qui bouge, chasse d’eau qui bloque, simple vitrage, bouilloire sale, baignoire avec joint moisi… le ménage du salon superficiel, …
Bref impossible de dormir avec une telle chaleur ….
Poubelles débordantes dans la cour, parking avec un scooter en sale état… portail ouvert pour monter à l’appartement car l’aimant d’ne verrouille plus… je n’étais pas tranquille
