A localização é muito boa é possível fazer tudo a pé, o atendimento foi muito solicito em tirar as dúvidas e ajudar no que precisei.
O isolamento acústico do prédio não é bom. A garagem e a área de manobra para quem tem carro grande pode ser um problema, mas pelo que entendi depende do apto escolhido.

Boa localização, apartamento confortável e funcional. Prédio com boa infraestrutura: coworking, lavanderia, piscina e academia. Fica a poucos metros do centro, perto de tudo: restaurantes, bares, lojas, cafeteiras. Para quem tem disposição para caminhar e enfrentar as subidas íngremes de Poços, pode-se fazer tudo a pé.
Cuba do banheiro: não é funcional. Impossível não molhar tudo em volta ao usá-la. Na minha opinião, poderia ter um varal de chão, desses dobráveis, para se estender as toalhas de banho molhadas.

Limpeza e tudo muito novo
Vazamento no box molhando o piso do banheiro Sem ventilação portanto ao chegar na unidade forte cheiro de mofo e o mais engraçado foi cobrar pelo terceiro ocupante e não ter uma acomodação decente. Studio apto a 2 pessoas
