We really enjoyed the location--easy access to the bay or gulf side beaches! Having a kitchen during our stay was really helpful. It was easy to adjust the thermostat, and it didn't smell moldy or musty! Our host was always easy to get in touch with and was very nice :)
There were a few dishes that weren't clean, but that could have been the fault of the guest before us. There is only one window with a view in the apartment, but we spent most of our time outside anyway. Not a big deal, but I'd recommend replacing/upgrading the pillows.

Clean, comfy, quiet little retreat spot within walking distance to beautiful white sand beach and emerald clear waters OR to the private waterfront/pier on the Sound side of the island.
The air conditioner wasn’t working so the owner provided a portable a/c unit in the bedroom along with a couple of fans.

Location and amenities were great! Connie accommodated our early check in and place looked great.
Sleeper sofa was a little worn down but did the job for 1 night
