La ubicación es muy buena, hay variedad de tiendas, restaurantes, parques y grifos. El departamento tenía habilitado todo lo necesario para poder preparar tus alimentos y todo limpio. Tiene áreas comunes, la piscina tiene buena vista.

Que no te permitieran subir a la terraza con piscina al menos unos minutos para ver las luces en año nuevo, el personal de seguridad negó a muchas personas el ingreso. En el depa mismo deberían habilitar una parte de la ducha una pequeña repisa para colocar el jabón, shampoo.

We stayed in this apartment in Barranco and overall, the experience was mixed. On the positive side, the apartment itself was spacious, functional, and very well located. The neighborhood is fantastic — safe, vibrant, and full of great restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The fact that the building has 24h desk is also a plus.

That said, there were several aspects that could really be improved. The towels were stained, which gave the impression that they weren’t properly clean, even if they had been washed. The linens were of very poor quality — not that we expected luxury, but they definitely need to invest in something more comfortable and presentable. Another big inconvenience was the hot water cutting out every three or four minutes during showers, which made it hard to enjoy. It was also unfortunate that the management requires guests to take down their own rubbish and collect dirty linen before cleaning, which really should be their responsibility — I’m sure they have people for to come clean the place at check out. Finally, the overall cleanliness of the place left something to be desired.
