Home was very easy to access. We only slept there, and the beds were comfortable, everything was clean. We appreciated the waters in the refrigerator.

For the price, this is a great value. The home is older and has some signs of the age and use, but it is definitely clean and well-stocked to make your stay comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is great for attending baseball Spring Training games in Surprise and surrounding cities. The patio area was really nice to enjoy the quiet and warm nights and we really enjoyed that.
