The best of Milliken awaits you upon booking this four-bedroom home (3 bedrooms and an office) nestled in a great area. This home is perfect for those who are relocating to CO and need a place to stay as they explore and get to know beautiful Colorado. A 15 minute drive and you will have access to downtown entertainment, restaurants, nearby breweries, and other outdoor fun. 10 minutes from I-25. Centrally located.
The space
Experience Northern Colorado like a local at this beautiful 4-bedroom, 2.5 bath home in Milliken!
This home has two stories:
The main floor:
Has an open concept layout that is great for entertaining, with a comfortable sectional couch, a dining area and a kitchen with all the items you may need to prepare a delicious meal. There is a half bath on the main floor as well.
This home has luxury vinyl plank floors and high ceilings, giving it an overall trendy, spacious vibe. There is a glass sliding door that leads out to a private fenced in backyard area with a patio and outdoor furniture, which is great for catching some fresh air and enjoying a relaxing evening. This neighborhood is great for walking too!
The second floor:
There are four bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with a full size bed and the large primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is a hall bath that is shared with the second and third bedrooms.
Washer and dryer are also located upstairs and are stocked with detergent and dryer sheets.

We rented this home as a place to live and work for a week while visiting our new nephew. The house had everything we needed and the neighborhood was nice a quiet. We had a lovely time during our stay!
