Available until October 31, 2026, minimum 31 night rental due to HOA rules. Our beautiful home in the gated community of Las Sendas is waiting for you and your family to create lasting memories. Our home has 5 bedrooms, each with king sized beds and a TV, two bedrooms have ensuites and there is a third bathroom. The picturesque back yard has a swimming pool with a water feature and hot tub (additional fee to heat), a putting green, an outdoor gas fireplace and a built in grill that has a small fridge to keep your beverages cold. Inside there is a pool table and slot machine as well as board games for children of all ages. Bring your bikes and take advantage of the biking trails nearby or choose one of the many nearby trails and go for a hike. There are many great restaurants a short drive away but should you choose to eat at the house the fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve a meal to a large group. We are conveniently located to both Mesa Gateway and Sky Harbor airports.

Please note that there are security cameras in the front driveway and down the right side of the house towards the front yard. There are no cameras in the back yard or inside the house.
