fomos muito bem recepcionados pela Gorete, pelo zelador e pela síndica, que inclusive nos convidou para uma festa que ocorreria na área de churrasqueira do condomínio. O apartamento é bem equipado, bem localizado e confortável o suficiente para um apartamento de praia. Pirangi é uma das praias mais badaladas do estado no verão, então é bom ter em mente que haverá muita animação por perto. A praia é linda, o banho de mar é ótimo e o apartamento dispõe de cadeiras de praia, esteira e guarda sol. Também há barracas de praia próximas.
O condomínio não tem piscina e o apartamento não possui área de serviço.
