The villa was exceptional in every way. Incredibly spacious, light, well appointed and designed, and so comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful. The villa and pool were cleaned every few days which was greatly appreciated. The most perfect accommodation for our family.

The house is huge! Clean and beautiful house appliances are great: a new washing machine microwave, refrigerator and even a Sony PS for the kids. Lam is lovely with fluent English, helpful advices and a big will to help. This house is perfect! 10 minutes, 4$ ride and you are in the middle of Hoi An’s old city. We will definitely be back! We read previous reviews complaining of noisy surroundings, we didn’t encounter any noisy environment, if you are worried about noise don’t stay in Hoi An old city since that area is extremely noisy!! This house is a perfect luxurious house next to the amazing beach within a few minutes ride from the old city. All the advantages in one place.
Lam even provided bicycle for us and the kids, which was extremely helpful - within a few minutes ride you find yourself in the perfect vegetable farm and serene coconut river.
