Super atentos a nuestras comodidades. Nos dejaron agua y cafe. El depto tiene cocina, microondas, pava electrica, cafetera de capsulas y de filtro, plancha, toallas, shampoo, acondicionador, javon, aire acondicionado y todo lo necesario para una estadia super comoda

O apartamento é impecável. Bem distribuído, com tudo novo, uma bela vista da cidade e bem equipado. Ivan, nosso anfitrião, sempre atencioso e disponível. Localização excelente, próxima a vários pontos centrais da cidade. Para quem for de carro, recomendo já conversar com o Ivan para garantir uma vaga da garagem. Nós fomos de carro, e ficamos muito satisfeitos com a garagem também, com uma central 24 horas que abre e fecha o portão da garagem. Ivan, parabéns pelo seu trabalho em manter essa acomodação disponível para as pessoas interessadas em estar em Montevidéu! Por fim, não poderia deixar de observar que o preço é justo e até barato em face de tudo o que é oferecido.

Comfortable apartment

In the description on the Booking site, is says (twice) that the apartment contains a television and a washing machine. This is simply not true. There is no washing machine. There are two machines in the basement of the building, but they pose insurmountable problems. First: the two machines are always occupied, as they serve a twelve story building. Secondly: they operate only with an app you have to download. Then you have to open an account and top it up with money. We used tree different creditcards to do that. Only the third was accepted, and the money was collected, but it did not appear on the account we had opened in the app. After long conversations with the people responsible, they promised to sent us a link which would work to deposit money, but they never did. Eventually we went to a laundry. Frustrating and very time consuming.
