Recently built by a famous local architect, the entrance of the rental property is surrounded by palm trees in a lush tropical garden. The main level of the villa welcomes you with its panoramic and dramatic view over the bays of Grand-Cul-de-Sac and Toiny. The open and airy spaces allow you to enjoy the scenery from every spot of the villa; you can relax in the air-conditioned living room on the sumptuous sofas covered with cushions facing large openings onto the ocean and the vegetation. In the contemporary decoration, you will enjoy a pleasant feeling of privacy and well-being.
The well-equipped gourmet kitchen with an oversized island is perfect for preparing delicious meals or calling upon a private chef for exclusive gastronomic menus. for wonderful moments around the indoor dining room table that can accommodate up to ten guests, facing the ocean. On the terrace, a 28 meter long heated infinity swimming pool invites you to swim endlessly, facing the unforgettable blue horizon. The vacation rental property consists of five air conditioned bedrooms with private terraces and en-suite bathrooms.
