This brilliant, pet-friendly home is located on the shores of Lake Erie in scenic wine country. Walk out your front door and the Lake is within 50 feet for your enjoyment.
This multi-level Unit sport brand new stainless-steel Whirlpool appliances (fridge w/ icemaker, stove, dishwasher and microwave) with beautiful granite countertops in upper kitchen, The upper kitchen is completed with new colorful Fiestaware, cutlery, knife set, Blue Diamond cookware and many more utensils. The lower kitchen is also completely furnished with fridge, stove, place settings, cookware and utensils. Upper level Living room has new custom made pull-out sofa and side chair. Lower level Living room has new sofa and side chair. Bedrooms in upper level have new wall to wall carpeting, linens and are freshly painted. Lower level bedrooms are freshly painted with new linens. Upper and Lower levels have completely renovated and updated bathroom.
It has two bedrooms with a queen bed, and two bedrooms with two twin beds (that can be converted to a king bed upon request), a pull-out queen sofa bed in upper living room, and two full bathrooms. Guests will also enjoy two separated (but connected) living quarters. Clothes washer and dryer are included for separate $100 fee. Front private deck with new polywood table set, six adirondack chairs gives beautiful views of Lake Erie. Back deck has polywood table set and propane 4 burner grill with shaded privacy. Central air conditioning, WIFI and free off-street parking (4 cars) are available.

Very comfortable, very well equipped, we really liked Unit 2. It was also quiet, which was nice. Check in was simple. Kitchen was great. Friendly neighborhood.
