ROSE Vacances offers you this pretty, tastefully renovated Sablaise house in the Arago district, just a stone's throw from the main beach in Les Sables d'Olonne. Everything is brand new: furniture, equipment, bedding... perfect for a quality stay.
This house can accommodate up to 6 people.
Situated in the heart of the lively Arago district, famous for its market, this house is ideally located, with everything within walking distance: town centre, station, market, local shops and beach.
You'll enjoy a kitchen-living room area opening onto the outside terrace, equipped with a sofa, coffee table, TV, WiFi, dining table and 6 chairs, ideal for a good meal with family or friends!
Open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen: kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine (Krups + filters), etc.
At night, you'll find 3 bedrooms with double beds (140cm), one of which is on the mezzanine.
There is also a shower room with shower, washbasin and storage unit, towel rail and hairdryer.
Separate WC.
Outside, there is a small wooden terrace, quiet and fully enclosed, where you can sip an aperitif or enjoy a barbecue with family or friends; garden furniture and an electric griddle are provided.
Pay parking is available in the streets of the Arago district and in nearby car parks.
Free parking is available outside the town.

5 minutes' walk from the main beach of Les Sables d'Olonne and its bars and restaurants.
1 minute walk from the SNCF train station and Les Sables d'Olonne town centre.
