Cosy holiday home with stunning sea and beach views, located on the famous Las Canteras Avenue in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
This accommodation has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living-dining room with an American-style kitchen and a balcony offering spectacular ocean views. It has free WiFi connection and air conditioning throughout the property to ensure a comfortable stay.

Las Canteras Beach is a long stretch of sand that extends for 3800 metres along the bay. Recognised as one of the best urban beaches in Spain and the world, it offers a pleasant climate for most of the year, ideal for relaxing, water sports or simply enjoying its vibrant atmosphere. It is a special place, with a marine nature reserve and a seabed full of life, which makes the beach an excellent destination for snorkelling, surfing and swimming. A unique feature of Las Canteras is 'La Barra', a natural rocky formation that protects part of the beach, creating a natural pool at low tide.
The promenade is ideal for exploring shops, cafes, ice cream parlours and restaurants, with options to suit all tastes. At the beginning of the promenade are the terraces of La Puntilla, famous for their fresh fish restaurants. At the opposite end, near the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium, there is a surfer vibe, with more terraces and cafes facing the sea.
If you decide to explore further, in just 40 minutes you can reach the south of the island, with incredible beaches such as Playa del Inglés or Maspalomas, famous for their dunes and natural landscapes. The apartment is located right at the start of the boulevard, with direct access to the beach. It features two bedrooms, comfortably accommodating three people. A convertible sofa in the living room can also sleep two additional guests. The apartment has two full bathrooms. The cleanliness is very good.
The hot water is sufficient for one full bath at a time. If others shower afterward, they’ll need to wait about 15 minutes for the tank to reheat. This might be inconvenient since the apartment can accommodate up to five people. A washer and dryer are available, but the dryer requires two cycles to dry clothes completely.
On the upside, the local market is just one block away, and plenty of restaurants serve various cuisines nearby.
Parking is limited. The nearest parking garage is about five blocks away and costs around 15 euros daily.
