The Pad is a Newly renovated home (2024) with modern amenities and comfortable bedrooms. This home has barely been lived in and is centrally located to Downtown Indy, fountain square, and fletcher place.
Guests who book a stay at The Pad should expect a cozy place to hang their head while they are in town. Each room is equipped with new mattresses and hotel grade linens. The home also has a modern kitchen, two smart TV’s, and a big screen projector!
There is a full fenced in yard for anyone who had a dog that they wish to bring. Additionally, there is a one car detached garage that can be accessed from the alley behind the home.

Great little house, not the absolute best part of town but felt very secure and safe. Having the garage was an amazing feature of this house. We plan to stay here next year for the same conference. House was clean, pictures were very accurate and our host was awesome.
