Welcome to Dock of the Bay! Enjoy being soundfront on the canal with beautiful views and a private dock while being less than 1000 feet from the beach!
The Ground Level includes an outdoor patio area, lawn, and private canal dock with use of boat slip - highlights of the home's features! Inside the main entry leads up to the Middle Level.
The Middle Level offers a great room with an inviting living area with comfortable furniture, a dining area perfect for your meals, and a modern fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and blender. Also on this level are Bedroom #1 with a Queen bed, TV, and balcony access, and the first shared Full Bath.
The Top Level gives way to Bedroom #2 with a Queen bed, TV, and balcony access, Bedroom #3 with a King bed, TV, and balcony access, and the second Full Bath.
Note: Exterior lift is not available for guest use at any time.
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with our All-Inclusive Pet Policy for Weekly and Nightly stays - No fee! It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.
Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 2 Night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.
Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
