This Luxury Cabin sits at 4,600ft Elevation! Our Fairy-Tale Retreat includes 3 bedrooms + loft with a full-size bed, 3.5 bathrooms, a gas fireplace, a modern kitchen, and a dining room that seats eight. Amenities include washer/dryer, dishwasher, ceiling fans, (No central AC) and a vaulted ceiling that opens the home to the beauty of the Smoky Mountains every moment of every day. Each morning begins with a different view of the incredible mountain ranges.
On the main level, you'll find the primary king-size bedroom, with an ensuite full bath w/soaking tub. Behind the kitchen on the main level is a full-size bedroom with a full bath, including a walk-in shower, just across the hallway. There is also a half bath located on the main level just off the dining room.
The loft above the living room has a full-size bed. Downstairs has a queen-size bedroom with an ensuite full bath, including a walk-in shower.
Cabin is equipped with Wi-Fi, SmartTVs with Direct-TV access, a DVD player, with plenty of games & books to spend your time sharing with family.
Outdoors you will enjoy a beautiful deck with comfortable country furniture, a gas grill, a fire pit, and a large hot tub spa. Double doors open to the deck from the primary king-size bedroom and the dining room.
Kitchen: We have numerous pots and pans of various sizes, including fry pans, baking pans and baking dishes. Included is a toaster, microwave, blender, and all the utensils you can imagine.
THE AREA:
For hikers, hundreds of trails for all ability levels await. For the golfers in the bunch, several exceptional golf courses welcome visitors, including the Maggie Valley Country Club only 2 miles away. (Open to the Public) For skiers, Cataloochee Ski Resort offers an exciting day of skiing or riding.

$235 Cleaning Fee (includes extensive cleaning and turnover, as well as hot tub maintenance before & after every guest)
11% Tax – NC State & Haywood County Taxes.
***THERE WILL BE A $100 FINE FOR LATE CHECKOUTS THAT ARE NOT APPROVED***
We are close to Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Teague’s, and several Dollar General stores so that you may stock up for your vacation. There are wonderful hiking trails within a very short drive from Laurel Vista.

Beautiful views and cozy home. Very far up the mountain so be prepared to stay in if the weather turns.
