Living space approx. 130sqm, of which bright, spaciously furnished living-dining area 47sqm with TV and Blue Ray. WiFi is available. 4 bedrooms on the upper floor, 3 of which have double beds (1 double bed 180 x 200) / 2 double beds (160 x 200) always single mattresses, 1 room with separate beds (90 x 200) all bedrooms are equipped with a TV. The house impresses with its size, brightness and comfort with the expansive open space and the pretty shutters on both floors. 3 parking spaces available directly at the house. The beds are suitable for allergy sufferers. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and a large refrigerator with a spacious freezer compartment - ideal for larger catches of fish. The bathroom on the upper floor includes a hairdryer, a large LED mirror, radio, an electric towel dryer, bathtub and shower. The bathroom on the ground floor is also equipped with an LED mirror, radio and a separate floor-level shower in the sauna area.
