About this cottage rental
Welcome to Siskawit Bay on Lake Superior! Lake Superior is the largest of the great lakes. The cottage is located on Romans Point ensuring peace and tranquility. The property is private with a delightful fire pit area to watch the sailboats drift in and out of the Siskawit Bay Marina (Sailing excursions are available from this marina). The cottage is a 10-minute walk to Lost Creek where you can access the beach and launch kayaks/canoes (kayak excursions can be booked through Lost Creek Adventures). Romans Point is a quiet road for walking, running or biking. The cottage has two bedrooms, 1.5 baths and a beautiful open concept kitchen / living room with a stone gas fireplace to relax and enjoy the view. There is a combo washer/dry onsite. There is a seasonal porch for the warmer months in the year. A truly relaxing and decompressing vibe. There is a weber grill onsite and picnic table with a view of the westerly Apostle Islands National Seashore. Sit back and listen to the loons call in a delightful location.
The cottage is close to Meyers Beach where you can hike year-round, relax on the beach or enjoy the sea caves. Winter activities are abundant as well. Go see the Sea Caves, enjoy the nearby hiking, waterfalls and snowshoeing activities for fun! The cottage is 5-minute drive to Cornucopia with a go back in time vibe general store, coffee shop. Stop at the marina for gift shops, lunch at the Corny Fish Shed or pick up the fresh catch of the day at Halverson’s Fisheries at Bell Marina.
Please note hours can be limited during the winter months. Bayfield has all amenities available year round (18 Miles).

Spent 4 wonderful days in Northwoods, kayaking with Lost Creek Adventures, full day lake superior tour, hiking Lost creek trail and Siskiwit river trail. Eating and drinking our way thru Cornucopia. Delightful town, fabulous accomodations. Highly recommend this home!

The cabin was spectacular. Situated on lake superior with lots of wildlife to see. A short drive to the Apostle Islands. Lots of great shops and places to eat. Ill definitely recomend this to friends and family.
