About this cabin rental
Unwind and stretch out in this large 3/3 cabin situated minutes from all the Smokies have to offer. Soaky Mtn Water Park just a 10 min drive! TONS of parking for Trailers/RV's (Car shows anyone?). Perfect for a family vacation with BBQ, Firepit, Hottub, Game Room and tastefully decorated common spaces and fully stocked kitchen. Views from inside and outside the house will make you never want to leave :) Be our guest and make your next vacation just perfect!
Fireplace are off from May 1 - 1 October
We have an extra guest fee after the 8th person for $50 per night.
Want to bring your fur baby along with you? Go ahead, as we can allow them with a nominal fee. Pet fees will be added after disclosing the information about your furry companion.

While we do permit pets in the cabin, we kindly request that you notify us prior to booking, as each pet request is subject to approval and a pet fee. Please be aware that we do not accept pets that shed excessively, as this can pose challenges for our cleaning staff during turnovers. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
The hot tub is available for use; however, during the winter season, its heating efficiency may vary as it operates on a Heat Recovery System. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

** Guests are required to register through our Guest Portal to access their check-in information.
** An unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100 charge per additional hour.
** Pets are accepted upon request

- We kindly request to refrain pets from being on beds and other furniture.
- Please ensure to clean up after your pets in case of any accidents. Your cooperation in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests is greatly appreciated.

We provide a starter pack of basic necessities, such as toilet paper, trash bags, soap/shampoo, and paper towels.
Our cleaners also usually leave (if applicable) dishwasher tablets/dish soap, coffee, oil/salt/pepper, etc.
We do our best to provide the basics, but please consider that it is really meant for getting you started in for shorter stays. If you need a little extra of any of these items, let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist you!
You have a propane-type grill at this property, feel free to use it during your stay.
You have a wood-burning fireplace and outdoor firepit. Please bring your own firewood if you intend to use it.
Please use the large trash containers on the outside of the cabin. Please do not leave food and trash on the decks and porches.
A friendly reminder:
- Please return the Cornhole boards inside the office downstairs after using
- Please shut off the propane after using the grill
- Quiet hours 10pm - 7am
