Unit was very nicely done and clean. We were 3 seniors so we appreciated the railing going up to the bedrooms and the upstairs full bath. Owner was quick to respond to questions. This unit is in one of two buildings each with 4 units on a short narrow dead end street. So, not much room to park large vehicle, but very quiet area at night.Window air conditioners both upstairs and downstairs kept the unit nice and cool. Large washer and dryer available was a nice perk to the unit too.

The property is neat and clean and newly renovated as stated in the ad. Communication with the host was easy. Beds were comfortable. We didn't cook because of a short stay, but kitchen looked well stocked for cooking. Note that the bedrooms and main bathroom are located upstairs. This wasn't a problem for us, but may be for older folks. I have searched the ad again and did not see anything mentioning this.
