About this house rental
Light, airy and sun drenched idyllic 6 bedroom estate in a very convenient south-of-the-highway Wainscott location within walking distance to the beach and shops as well as the Jitney.
Premier shopping and fine dining in East Hampton, Bridgehampton, and Sag Harbor just minutes from your front door.
On the Second floor there are two luxurious master suites with seating areas both with ensuite bathrooms. The main master alsohas a private terrace overlooking the grounds. Two additional guest bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are also located on the second floor. Perfect to share with another family. There is also a large fully equipped office with 3 desks facing out the driveway.
On the main floor you will find the main living area as well as a TV nook, the large and very well equipped kitchen, dining room, a guest half bathroom as well as another larger guest suite overlooking the backyard with an adjacent bedroom with 2 twin beds. The laundry, pantry and the pool bathroom are also located on the first floor.
On the lower level you can find the gym, a large kids area with TV, a cinema room and a half bathroom as well as another bedroom perfectly suitable for a nanny/ housekeeper.
Off the kitchen and living room, you can find a large patio outside with a seating area, a fire pit, a dining area and BBQ leading down to the large lap pool.
