Host is very proactive and helpful. The property is exactly as advertised. Perfect for large groups that want to hang with each other. Very close to downtown and other fun areas of ATL (via rideshare).

Beautiful home with many, many amenities for family to enjoy. Rooms are nice and spacious. The theater room was a hit for movie night. We truly enjoyed our weekend stay here. Xerxes was very easy to communicate with, response time was almost immediate. If we were to come back in town, this place would definitely be on the list for a return stay.
