This adorable property also offers amenities like big screen televisions, a fully stocked kitchen and pantry, plenty of parking, a large front and back yard, WiFi, AC, and heating for a comfortable stay.

The kitchen has a dining table that seats six plus two bar stools. The living room contains seating for 3-4 people with a large screen television. The sunroom boasts even more seating (including electronic reclining couches), an additional dining table for four, and a 75" television. There are also televisions in every bedroom. There is no live television service but plenty of streaming options, along with multiple gaming systems.

A large yard, deck, and covered patio with both a gas grill and flat top cooker and a television with plenty of seating will allow you to enjoy the outdoor living space. A fire pit with wood to burn is available for your use as well. Just fifteen minutes from the square and the Ole Miss campus, this home puts you close to the action yet far enough to enjoy the peace and calm of a quiet neighborhood.

This home is currently lived in and normally houses two cats and one dog (in case of allergies). You may help yourself to anything in the pantry, fridge, or freezer. We hope you'll enjoy your stay at our house.
