Graziosa Villetta with mountain views, shared pool and air conditioning

Graziosa Villetta in Avapessa offers mountain views and is ideal for a relaxing holiday. The 93 m² house includes a living room, an equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, a bedroom with bunk beds and three shower rooms, accommodating up to 8 people, ideal for two couples with children. Amenities include television, air conditioning and washing machine. Outside, a heated swimming pool (shared), a terrace, a balcony and a barbecue are available. Sheets can be rented at an additional cost when booking.

Set in an olive grove, this house is close to hiking trails, the ports of Calvi and L’Ile-Rousse, as well as Calvi airport. L’Ile-Rousse train station, 12 km away, provides access to Bastia, Corte and Ajaccio. The Balagne region, rich in cultural and sporting events, offers a variety of activities such as hunting, fishing, sailing, paragliding, swimming in the sea or river, as well as visiting the villages and the Scandola reserve. The cottage has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and is decorated with paintings by the owner. The swimming pool, secured and heated in May and October, is open from May 1st to October 31st and reserved for registered tenants.



Three parking spaces are available. One pet is accepted, for the respect of all, smoking is prohibited inside.

This house, inherited from my grandmother, was a family outbuilding located 10 m from the main house. With the help of a grant from the Corsican Tourism Agency, it was rehabilitated by local craftsmen, respecting traditional materials and architecture. The house offers a view of the Regino plain, an ideal setting to discover the region, while preserving this family heritage that I wish to pass on to my son and granddaughter.

I am Christian, born in 1940 in L'Ile-Rousse. I completed a large part of my studies in Bastia. I was a school teacher, mayor of Avapessa from 1971 to 2008, delegate of the Mediator of the Republic, and president of the Haute-Corse Pétanque Committee. I have received several distinctions, including the National Order of Merit and medals for my commitment to tourism and sport.
