Loved the balcony

The condo and resort were recently updated and very clean. Loved being on the beach. Everyone was helpful and kind. I only wish our room was ocean front as I requested. Our condo was ocean side with a long balcony that overlooked another building but had a nice side view of the ocean. Would love to come back next summer with the rest of my family if I knew we could have an oceanfront condo.

We have stayed in many different places while vacationing at myrtle beach but this is by far the best experience we have ever had. The room was beautiful and cozy. Staff was extremely helpful and willing to do whatever to make our stay comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that we could get free ice for our coolers just by calling the front desk and ordering it. They also supplied paper towels, dish liquid, laundry soap, dish washer detergent, towels, tissues, and trash bags. Other condos we have stayed at never supplied all of those things and we had to purchase them. Another thing that was surprisingly clean was the pool. Often times vacation spots have pools and hot tubs that aren't maintained. The pool and hot tub was very well cared for and cleaned. They provided different activities each day that we could participate in. My favorite was free margaritas day :) however the kids enjoyed the snow cones and the cookout lunches. We will absolutely be back here!!!!
The only cons I can come up with is- you aren't guaranteed a certain room with a certain view. We were lucky enough to get ocean front and on the highest level BUT this isn't promised prior to checking in. We had an AWESOME vacation, thanks to all the staff and the great room we had :)
