Close to all amenities, less than 1 km from L'Île Rousse and 22 km from Calvi, in Haute-Corse, you can easily explore this beautiful and renowned micro-region that is Balagne. You will discover fine sandy beaches bathed in turquoise blue water. You'll experience the soul of the Balanin villages by wandering through their narrow streets and discovering their architecture and artisans. The "intervillage" trail passes close to the property. Back at the cottage, you can admire the sunsets over the sea.

Living room/kitchen with a sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed and private bathroom/toilet, 1 bedroom with two 90x190 cm twin beds with sea view, 1 bathroom/toilet.
