Directions we're terrible, valet was rude and not helpful, instructions were not clear, check in time was postponed, pictures posted didn't match, insurance was useless, i could go on & on but what's the point.

So overall the apartment was decent, in a good location and a safe area. However throughout our stay many things popped up that we think deserve attention. - Missing a LOT of essential things: no garbage bags, no pods for dishwasher, no detergent for the washer, one extra blanket even though it sleeps 3, no pull out couch just a couch even though it says sleep 3 which we were annoyed about. Empty bottles of essential things in the bathroom closet. No toaster. No coffee but there’s a coffee maker. - huge outlet in the middle of the floor that everytime you step on it or kick it by accident the wifi and TV shuts off. We had to reset the breaker probably 20 times - random things in drawers, junk and random crap that they never cleared out- only 2 towels even though the property manager knew there were 3 ppl - the washer and dryer take literal ages to wash clothes - bed is like a piece of cardboard, so uncomfortable - you can tell the furniture in the apartment was all bought really cheap, which fine I get it, it’s a rental property but put a little more money into things or else you aren’t gonna get a 4 star - the property manager was good with communication but a few times just never answered me until I double texted Overall it wasn’t a bad place to stay, it’s good enough for spending a few nights but for how much we paid I would have expected more attention to detail.

Overall, the property has the potential to be very nice. The location is great, the valet service is affordable and quick, and the communication with the property manager was good. However, there were several issues that forced my wife and I to leave early and check into a hotel.Pros: - Valet (26/night) was responsive and helpful - HVAC worked well - Wifi was strong - Property Manager was responsiveCons: - The bathroom had a strong musty odor, disappeared once the shower was run - Overall, the apartment was dirty - Stains on furniture - Counters were dirty - Appliances were dirty - Most of the furniture was damaged - The shelving unit in the bedroom was broken and barely standing - Three of the four chairs surround the table had loose bolts, one of the chairs was missing a bolt - The couch/loveseat was not attached and when I sat on the couch, I slipped through to the floor - The bed is listed as a king on the listing, it is actually a queen - The bed was uncomfortable and the bedframe made excessive noise - There were only a few sheets on the paper towel roll, and no additionally roll available - There were sheets in the washing machine, which was to be available for use - There was a burnt out bulb in the bathroomThese issues were brought to the attention of the property manager, and they responded quickly, but didn't provide us with any fixes and only ensured they'd be addressed for the next renter.
