The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 150 m² house (air-conditioned upstairs) for rent in Villebret, which can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It comprises an attractive 35 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of approx. 800 m². Wifi (fiber optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and a single bed
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to let you use the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 800 m² enclosed garden with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A veranda with furniture
The house is ideally located in Villebret, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, market, etc. are just a 5-minute drive away.
