About this apartment rental
For the last 4 years, this recently refurbished apartment has been lived in by me and my wife.
So if you're looking for a quiet neighbourhood apartment that has a homely feel and that doesn't the bare minimum (like most properties in Medellin) our home will be a great choice.
Comfortable beds, great kitchenware, appliances, well kept furniture, nice workspaces, are just some of the things we can offer.
Excellently located: 2 minutes walking distance from cafes, bars, restaurants, and more.
The space
You will be renting the entire 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom apartment
- Master Bedroom: Very spacious room with king bed with aircon, ceiling fan, and mounted television. Other notable features include:
* Dedicated workspace (That includes a wall attached computer screen)
* Walk-in closet
* Ensuite bathroom
* Makeup table
- Second Bedroom: Cosy room with has a double bed, ceiling fan, mounted tv, plenty of closet space, and a dedicated workspace (That includes a wall attached computer screen)
- Guest Bathroom: Simple bathroom with toilet and shower
- Kitchen: Lots of great kitchenware that's not typically found in Medellin.
- Laundry: Samsung washer and dryer.

The building gym downstairs has recently been refurbished and now contains some great machines such as treadmills, climbers, pull up bar, bench press rack, free weights, boxing bag, and more.
