We offer all our guests during summer season (May 27-September 8) access to our neighborhood community POOL with a key card! Relax and cool down during the hot summer months in Colorado. Pool towels, pool toys, and 2 swimming arm vests are provided

Please note we do NOT allow parties, social gatherings, and meetings from locals of any sort.

Also note that this is a pet-free and smoke-free home. No smoking of any kind inside the house. This includes marijuana and vaporizing. Violations will incur a $1,000 fee.

Exterior of the house is under video surveillance. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests privacy.

The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace.
