The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. There is parking in the garage for 1 vehicle and directly in front of the garage for a second vehicle for a max of 2 vehicles. My friends and I stayed for 5 nights. The place was new, beautiful, and modernly sleek. We cooked all of our meals rather than eating out, and the kitchen setup was perfect for that. The hot tub was a great end to every night, and as simple as it sounds, the easy to use hot tub cover came in handy with the nearly sub zero air temperatures as we rushed to get back inside. We also utilized a few of the equipment rental benefits and saved a ton of money on ski and snowmobile equipment. This place is great for a small group of friends who don't need anything too extravagant or large but still packs a bunch of features.
I think our only recommendation is for a better description of the overflow parking and it's location (there are three spots near the 281 building though at the time there only appeared to be two with the way the snow was plowed), otherwise everything was perfect.
