Just 100 meters from the valley station, you can step right into the gondola in the morning and return comfortably right to your doorstep in the evening. You can leave your car in the building’s underground parking garage and forget about it for the rest of your vacation.

The spacious apartment (59 square meters) features a modern “chalet chic” interior and a south-facing balcony that’s sunny all day long, offering unobstructed views of Piz Arlos.

Inside, a spacious living area awaits you. A cozy corner sofa and a pull-out sofa bed (double bed, 180x200 cm) offer plenty of space to relax. In the separate bedroom, a queen-size box-spring bed invites you to dream, and another pull-out sofa bed (also 180x200 cm) ensures a restful night’s sleep. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped and, thanks to the heated floors, is especially cozy and comfortable.
