    The hotel is nice with good views, nice rooms, very good and helpful staff. However, the hotel is not very close to the medina. It is a 10-15 minute walk through a long flight of dirty mountain steps. If you are okay with that that, theres no other concerns with the hotel.

    The hotel view is the best. And the staff, from the receptionists, to the housekeepers, and restaurant team are one of the best. They made our stay at Chefchaouen very heartwarming.

    The location is not in the center of the old town. But it’s still accessible on foot. Going there is easy, but going back to the hotel is uphill so that i didn’t like so much. The hotel was fairly new, since it only opened in January 2025 as we were told, but the sliding door of the balcony wouldn’t lock. The bathroom was also not what you’d expect for a new hotel. And i’m not talking about how clean it looks, but the workmanship. The bathroom doors should have opened outside coz it was already tight in there. The breakfast buffet was good. Didn’t see the pool though or the spa. There was also a mix up with the check in. They gave us a room that’s already occupied. And said there was a glitch in their system. But that was unprofessional and not safe for the other guests. And if you’re gonna book a guided tour with them, i suggest you do it on your own. The place is safe even at night. And it’s not like a maze compared to Marrakech or Fes.
