A bright and comfortable two-room apartment in a traditional villa with a garden, located 250 meters from the beach. Steeped in history and love, it’s a place to pamper yourself and recharge; everything is carefully curated and personalized to help guests relax. The street is quiet yet just a short walk from everything: shops, bars, restaurants, the center of the town of Giardini Naxos, the archaeological site, the bus stop for Taormina, and departure points for organized tours. The long beach offers amenities, a gentle sunrise over the sea, and an incredible sunset over Mount Etna. In addition to private balconies and parking, guests can enjoy the shared garden with hammocks, fruit trees, aromatic plants, and peace and quiet. A welcome basket greets guests with samples of local products—both sweet and savory—and beverages in the fridge. Bowls and beds are available for pets. Mosquito repellent and sunscreen are also provided. The area is the perfect starting point for exploring Catania, Mount Etna, Alcantara, the Aeolian Islands, Syracuse, the Madonie Mountains, and many other attractions. The home is located on the first floor of a two-family villa; the parking area is at the garden entrance and enclosed by a gate. An outdoor staircase leads from the garden to the east-facing balcony—perfect for breakfast!—and to the entrance. A comfortable, bright living room with a dining table leads to the fully equipped kitchen, which features a small refrigerator, a Lavazza coffee machine, a kettle, a juicer, an oven, and a toaster. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a built-in closet, and a bathroom with a window. The shower is located inside the bathtub. Air conditioning is available in both the bedroom and the living room. The living room opens onto the west-facing balcony, which is perfect for sunbathing and relaxing at sunset. A weekly laundry service is provided free of charge by the hostess using her personal washing machine.
