Brand new modern studio situated in the middle of Downtown San Diego! Recently remodeled, perfect for a quick business trip or a weekend away with the family. With all the essentials such as a full kitchen, internet, entertainment station and workspace make it perfect for any small trip. It is also very quiet, being a few blocks up from Gaslamp, allows a great nightlife with a short walk and ability to get away in no time! Enjoy a quaint, shared patio and BBQ!!

This spacious studio is very unique and equipped with everything you need and perfect for whatever trip you are looking to have in Sunny SD! This place comes with a shared private patio BBQ area , full kitchen , full bathroom , washer & dryer in units ,large TV with high-speed internet and can easily accommodates 6 guests

The studio sits within a commercial building, which blocks most street noise and creates a very private living area. With only three other apartments in the building, this second story apartment is as isolated as you can be when in this part of downtown. A short flight of stairs brings you up into a very spacious studio that easily accommodates 1 king bed, a queen pulls out sofa sleeper, and available queen-sized electric air mattress.

SECURITY CAMERA INFORMATION:
- Your safety matters. This property features 2 interior security cameras: 1 camera is facing corridor, and 1 camera is facing the front gate.
PARKING:
Unfortunately, there is NO DESIGNATED PARKING FOR THIS UNIT. so, here's some information regarding parking options in the area:
1.Street Parking: There are on-street parking spaces available throughout the neighborhood. Street Parking are free from6 pm-8 am, Sundays and public holidays.
2.Metered Parking: Along 6th Avenue and surrounding streets, you will find metered parking spaces. These spaces usually have time limits ranging from one to four hours and require payment through coin, credit card, or a mobile parking app.
3.Parking Garages: If you prefer a more secure parking option, there are several parking garages nearby. Some notable options include:
Diamond Parking: located right next to our building, Guests can pay for daily parking through display Lightning Pay app. scan the QR code at the front entrance to the lot and follow the directions on the app to pay and secure their spot. for a daily parking price range from $10-$18, please let us know if you would like to apply for a monthly parking we can assist you.
ACE Parking: Located at 6th ave Ash street this garage offers hourly and daily rates @$15
6th & A: Situated right across our building, it provides both hourly and daily parking options.
This is Downtown San Diego, so this unit is in an urban area. This area is safe and completely harmless, The San Diego City Council voted 5-4 on June 13, 2023, to adopt a controversial policy to ban homeless encampments on public property after hearing hours of public testimony. If at any point you feel uncomfortable with any homeless people outside the area, please feel free to call us 24/7 we will provide further detailed assistance. The 24-hour public security service office is located 1 block away, they are on shifts every day to remove the shady characters.
There is no smoking or drugs allowed anywhere on this property.
the occupancy limits and quiet hours (10pm-7am) are strictly enforced.
Pet is not allowed.
Events are not allowed. This is Downtown center San Diego, so there may be city noise such as Firetruck / Ambulance.

Appears like a converted store to an apartment. Thus, it had a look-inside appearance and was not sound-proof. Hot water took some time to work in shower; often hot water turned cold.
