Getting There:
-The adventure to reach this secluded mountain retreat starts as you turn right off the pinecrest way atop pine mountain. We provided green and white street directions. The road is mostly flat, but a 4x4 Vehicle is not necessary. It is advisable to arrive during the day as some mountain roads can be curvy and steep to unfamiliar drivers. 🚗

Early Check-In time may be permitted depending on the turn-over schedule. please reach out to the hosts regarding this matter.
Please take note that our check -out time is at 11:00 am better than most short term rentals to give you extra time to wrap up your stay! The check-out time is strictly enforced.
- Minimum Booking Age Is 25
- Maximum Guests Allowed: 4 Adults 2 Children
- No Parties, No Smoking Indoors, And No Illegal Activities Allowed On The Premises
-Please note that the VISTA VIEW RETREAT is nestled in the woods, so insects & wild animals (Black bears in particular) are a common sight.
- Exterior security cameras focused on the front of the house and Private Road. No cameras inside the house or focused on the back deck.
- As much as we adore pets, we regret that we cannot allow them to accompany you during your stay. Kindly respect this policy, as a $500 fee will be charged if a pet is brought onto the Property
-Please Use The Hot Tub And Sauna Responsibly, Info Book Available For Reference
-Safety: Fire Extinguishers, Smoke Alarm Detectors. Multiple Solar Powered Lights Outdoors And Caution Signs Throughout
CANCELLATION POLICY:
-Free cancellation for 48 hours,as long guests cancel at least 14 days before check-in time.
-If booked within 14 days of check-in, guests are not eligible for a full refund. If canceled between 7-14 days of check-in, guests are eligible for 50% refund of the nightly rate and cleaning fee but not the service fee.
-No refund will be issued if canceled less than 7 days of check-in.
-We highly recommend purchasing a travel insurance policy separately as we will not be able to provide refunds for weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other reasons out of our control. We may be able to reasonably offer some days in the future depending on the availability within the same season

This property was exactly what we were looking for…and then some. Close to Dollywood, Smoky Mountains National Park and Gatlinburg but private and secluded with an excellent view. We’ll stocked with everything we needed. Communication with the hosts was great and they went out of their way with little touches here and there (e.g. Christmas tree/decorations, s’mores kit, campfire color packets) to make our stay extra special. Highly recommend staying here!
