About this villa rental
Welcome to your private gated oasis! This luxurious retreat offers 2 well-lit Pickleball courts, an outdoor gym, a firepit, a pool, a fenced dog run with kennels, and a massage chair. For fun, enjoy ping-pong, foosball, and a level 2 Rivian car charger. Inside, the open-concept living area, stylish bedrooms, and fully equipped kitchen provide comfort for families, groups, or couples looking for a memorable and luxurious stay.

This place is a unique, very private and beautiful safe haven, and yet minutes away from shopping, coffee, shops, and restaurants, the bike trail, the river walk and only 15 minutes from downtown.
Please note that we are very proud of our precious beehive located away from the house or any living area (on the north side of the driveway). Their presence is hardly noticeable but their work is well appreciated. They are wonderful pollinators and …. I can go on forever. They’re particularly fun to watch in the evening.
Our guests are welcome to respectfully enjoy all amenities except the steel shop area in the far south west corner of the property. My favorite is drinking my morning coffee at the fire-pit listening to and watching the chicken before I collect their fresh eggs to make my favorite omelette.
