The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, especially the night duty receptionist. The property is clean and provided a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place, plus the strong Wi-Fi was a huge bonus for me! easy check in( we arrived 6pm) and easy check out as well

It was a nice room. Staff are nice however the cr smells sometimes. It’s possible it’s because of the pipe. Overall stay is really good. Highly recommended

Booked at Reside at the last minute after leaving a place that had an unfixable clogged toilet. Good thing we booked the Agoda rate without breakfast because the plated pinoy breakfast we ordered upon arrival had maybe 3-4 tiny mini pieces of tocino (the 2nd plate, tiny-mini pieces of tapa) plus 1 egg and rice which I belatedly found out was P450 each!!! I should have taken a photo of the pathetic servings! It deserved a price of maybe P150! We had breakfast at Neverland @ Muni-Muni Siargao and their Breakfast had double the servings of the ones from Reside (good enough for sharing) with a premium sausage, baked beans, 2 eggs and sides for only P395. However, the staff - led by Vienna and Lyka - are excellent - always smiling ans eager to serve and answer questions. The hotel also had a generator that when there was a power failure in the steamy afternoon, the electricity and airconditioning continued (with just a one-hour break). Unlike our previous accomodation, Reside has a phone inside the room, a working mini-ref, an area to hang and store clothers in and a half-mirror divider to separate the bath area from the toilet (that still got the floor wet!). A good value hotel in Siargao. Just reserve the rate without their pitiful, overpriced breakfast! :)
