Location was handy to everything. Unit clean and spacious and comfortable,
Check in instructions , especially accessing the room key from a safe and lockbox, was confusing, especially after a long and tiring train trip to get there. Finding the elevator to access the room was also troublesome.

It’s a full equipped apartment! Washing machine, dryer, dish washer, tablewares, salt & pepper, etc, everything are ready. Location is excellent, just opposite to the Cairns Central, a large shopping mall with Coles, woolly, Kmart, and the train/coach to Kuranda. The view from the balcony is excellent. Quiet and comfortable place to rest after snorkelling and driving.
The WiFi is only a cellular card in the router, thus the speed is not too fast. Some chairs are broken in the balcony. Overall design is a little old fashioned. But when I look at the price, it’s value for money.
